A truly extraordinary experience! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect. Luz was our server and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly and personable. Our reservation included a 4 course dinner, but we actually received two extra complimentary courses, champagne, cookies and brownies to take home! An anniversary dinner we will never forget. We can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I were in Chatham for the night while on vacation and we are so happy that a friend recommended Cuvee! We had such an amazing time, and I am counting the days until I can go back. The room where we dined was so cozy and intimate. They even had a fireplace that they light in the fall/winter season (perfect for a holiday dinner or date night). The service was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food I could rave on and on about. I loved the octopus. I am usually not a huge fan but the tenderness and flavor of the meat made it one of my favorite dishes that evening. Another delicious runner up was the A5 Wagyu which my boyfriend ordered. The steak literally melted in your mouth. I ordered the lobster which was a great pairing with the steak. The presentation of the s’mores dessert was so beautiful. It tasted exactly like a s’more but in the most sophisticated way. When you get your dessert don’t forget to add on the espresso martini! Thank you Cuvee for an unforgettable dinner!

Stayed at Chatham Inn last night and dined at Cuvee and have to say it was outstanding! Javier the sommelier was terrific (and generous) with the wine pairings. The waitstaff is very well trained and professional. And the chef made a couple of table side visits to present the sauces, etc. Love that the menu is a tasting menu (4 course) but at least 3 choices for each course. Menu seems to change frequently but if I went back tonight- I’m not sure I’d change anything- every bite was delicious! Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely, hands down the best dining experience we have ever had. Food was exceptional & service was outstanding. Luz was knowledgeable and sweet. Brandon was knowledgeable in wines and paired our meal perfectly. We ordered an espresso martini at the end & they somehow stenciled our photo onto it with coffee bean powder after asking to take a photo of us. We thought it was for social media- to our delightful surprise it was stenciled onto my martini! A memorable dining experience to celebrate our engagement that we will never forget. Chef Issac & the establishment deserve a Michelin star.

Recommended by a Bostonian for view and food. One block behind is the parking lot for self or valet parking. Short walk to rear entrance of hotel and restaurant. The view and veranda did not disappoint. Ate inside due to rainy conditions. Presentation and Ambience of entire facility was top notch. Food choices were fish and chips on slaw and sprouts and Sesame Tuna, Sprouts, Fries. Sufficient Sprouts for each bite of Tuna. Fries were the best ever eaten as I prefer a thinner, crispier, not overly crispy taste. Staff throughout establishment very attentive and informative.

Very well done. We enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu. Service was excellent and the food was prepared thoughtfully. Sometimes with a tasting menu a dish will not resonate with you but this was not the case with Cuvee. We really liked each course.

The most enjoyable evening and meal I’ve had in years. This is a culinary journey. Each course was a work of art to see and taste. The wine pairing was worth the extra charge. We experienced wines from all over the world. The chef and his staff paid attention to every detail to make our anniversary evening exceptional. We'll gladly make time to dine here again the next time we’re in town.
